Hello friends!
Well, 2020 is off to a crazy start!
Earlier in the year, I made the decision to take a sabbatical from the Ligonier Country Market for the 2020 season. This was a tough decision and the first time I've done this since joining the market family in 2002!
My plans were to continue to support my inventory at the Museum Shop (at the Westmoreland Museum of Art) and continue with plans to host the Artful Affair in the spring and fall. In light of the pandemic and the precautions we all need to be taking, we have chosen to postpone the Spring Artful Affair...I'll keep you in the loop with new dates as soon as we decide them.
Well, just because we are self-quarantining doesn't mean that we aren't being creative, right artist friends??
So here is a peek at my favorite piece from this winter: A creamy luminescent baroque pearl on a gold-filled chain...
And since it is spring, I am really focusing on the sparkling pinks, "new growth" greens and creamy yellows. And you know me...The clear bright blues are soon to follow! These are the gems on my bench for this week...
